An opportunity is available for a Senior Project Manager \u2013 IT Security Programs<\/strong> at Molina Healthcare<\/strong>, a nationwide Fortune 500 organization focused on providing quality healthcare. This leadership role is responsible for driving the successful execution of complex IT Security initiatives and programs across the enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a full-time, remote<\/strong> position (with a long list of eligible locations). The pay range is $80,412 \u2013 $163,164 annually<\/strong>, plus a competitive benefits and compensation package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role Summary and Security Program Leadership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This Project Management leader will oversee the delivery of both strategic portfolio programs and operational security projects, ensuring strict alignment with business objectives and the highly regulated compliance landscape of healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Program Management:<\/strong> Lead and manage multiple large, complex IT Security projects and programs<\/strong> from initiation through successful delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Stakeholder Partnership:<\/strong> Partner with security architects, engineering teams, operations, and business stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and timelines<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Governance & Executive Reporting:<\/strong> Establish and manage program governance, reporting, and escalation processes<\/strong>. Provide executive-level status updates<\/strong>, including clear communication on project progress, risk\/issue management, and financial tracking to C-level stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Compliance Assurance:<\/strong> Ensure all projects meet critical business outcomes and compliance requirements<\/strong> (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST<\/strong>), as well as internal security standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Portfolio Support:<\/strong> Support portfolio planning, resource alignment, and prioritization<\/strong> of security initiatives across the enterprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing large security programs in regulated environments and demonstrates a strong executive presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience:<\/strong> 5+ years of experience in IT Program\/Project Management.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Domain Expertise:<\/strong> Proven track record managing large, complex IT Security programs in regulated environments<\/strong> (e.g., healthcare).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Leadership & Communication:<\/strong> Strong executive presence<\/strong> with the ability to deliver concise, actionable updates to C-level stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Methodologies:<\/strong> Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Certifications (Preferred):<\/strong> PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Skills:<\/strong> Exceptional skills in portfolio management, resource planning, and vendor coordination<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
