Role Summary and Program Mandate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This Program Manager will bring clarity and efficiency to Tenstorrent’s recruiting function, enabling recruiters and leaders to focus on hiring top talent in the AI space. The role requires a blend of process optimization, data fluency, and technical system management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Program Ownership:<\/strong> Take ownership of all core recruiting programs, including the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects aimed at scaling the global recruiting engine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Process Streamlining:<\/strong> Design and implement streamlined recruiting processes<\/strong> across the entire lifecycle, including role launch, interviews, scheduling, reporting, and final handoff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Recruiting Analytics:<\/strong> Drive recruiting analytics and dashboards<\/strong> that accurately track essential metrics such as velocity, quality, diversity, and efficiency, turning data into actionable strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Technology & Automation:<\/strong> Lead the ongoing integration of AI and automation<\/strong> to streamline workflows and boost recruiter impact and efficiency. Optimize and ensure adoption of recruiting systems (Greenhouse preferred<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cross-Functional Partnership:<\/strong> Act as a clear communicator and influencer, partnering across Recruiters, Managers, HR, Finance, and leadership to align systems, tools, and data with business needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The ideal candidate is a program\/project manager experienced in scaling recruiting operations within a fast-growth technology environment, comfortable with technical systems and data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience:<\/strong> 5\u20137+ years<\/strong> as a Recruiting Program\/Project Manager with demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives in fast-growth tech.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • PM Tools Fluency:<\/strong> Fluent in PM tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira<\/strong>) for building processes that ensure accountability and scale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Recruiting Systems:<\/strong> Skilled in recruiting systems (Greenhouse preferred<\/strong>) with proven optimization and adoption experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Data Fluency:<\/strong> Strong background in recruiting data, including designing dashboards, reports, and pipelines that drive strategy and outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
