This key leadership role will oversee the Service Delivery organization for DMI\u2019s <strong>Managed Mobility Services<\/strong> and their <strong>TEM (Telecom Expense Management) SaaS platform, Myserve<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a <strong>full-time, fully remote (US)<\/strong> position that requires <strong>U.S. Citizenship<\/strong> and the successful completion of a fingerprint background investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities and Commercial Accountability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This Director is a strategic leader with operational discipline and a commercial focus, directly <strong>accountable for customer retention, adoption, and expansion<\/strong> to ensure enterprise clients realize maximum business value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Leadership &amp; Strategy:<\/strong> Define and execute the vision, strategy, and operating model for Managed Mobility and TEM. Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Service Delivery Managers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Business Outcomes &amp; Value Delivery:<\/strong> Partner with customers to define success criteria and deliver <strong>measurable ROI<\/strong> through DMI\u2019s services. Establish <strong>KPIs and metrics<\/strong> that measure adoption, retention, expansion, and customer health.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer Lifecycle Management:<\/strong> Drive proactive engagement across the entire customer journey (onboarding, adoption, renewal, and growth). Develop and maintain <strong>executive-level relationships<\/strong> with key enterprise accounts and act as the primary escalation point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/strong> Act as the <strong>voice of the customer<\/strong> internally, working closely with <strong>Product and Engineering<\/strong> to influence the platform roadmap and partnering with Sales and Delivery leaders on strategic account planning and growth opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Operational Excellence:<\/strong> Implement scalable processes, tools, and an operating plan to standardize delivery best practices. Utilize analytics and reporting to <strong>forecast churn risk<\/strong> and identify upsell\/cross-sell opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Experience and Expertise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal candidate possesses deep experience in enterprise account management within the telecom or managed services domain, coupled with strong commercial and leadership acumen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> <strong>10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services<\/strong>, with at least <strong>5 years in a leadership role<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Domain Expertise:<\/strong> <strong>Proven success in managing enterprise accounts<\/strong> within <strong>Telecom, SaaS, or Managed Services.<\/strong> Deep understanding of <strong>Managed Mobility Services and Telecom Expense Management<\/strong> is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leadership &amp; Presence:<\/strong> Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
