Key Responsibilities and Hybrid Focus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This engineer plays a crucial role in the DevSecOps framework, blending infrastructure, application architecture support, and specialized database administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Multi-Cloud & Hybrid Support:<\/strong> Maintain and support Windows and Linux<\/strong> systems across on-premises, AWS, and Azure<\/strong> infrastructures, optimizing resources for high performance and reliability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Database Administration (DBA):<\/strong> Design, implement, and administer SQL databases<\/strong> across on-premises and cloud environments. This includes routine administration, performance tuning, security, high availability, job automation, and migration (on-premises to Azure).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Automation & DevSecOps:<\/strong> Build, deploy, and monitor cloud resources using automation tools like Azure DevOps, Terraform, and ARM templates<\/strong>. The role operates within a DevSecOps framework<\/strong> and contributes to evolving CI\/CD processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Azure Specialization:<\/strong> Administer Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)<\/strong> environments and partner with Software Engineering to design and support application architectures using Azure-native tools<\/strong> (Functions, Logic Apps, Event Hub, Service Bus, API Gateway, Key Vault).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Governance & Reliability:<\/strong> Oversee resource utilization, cost monitoring, and enforce security, compliance, and governance standards throughout multi-cloud ecosystems. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Technical Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing complex hybrid environments, IaC, and database systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Hybrid Cloud:<\/strong> 3+ years<\/strong> of hands-on management and optimization of on-premise and cloud resources<\/strong>, with experience administering hybrid and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • DevOps & IaC:<\/strong> 2+ years<\/strong> utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI\/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation<\/strong> with tools such as Terraform, Azure DevOps, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Database Administration:<\/strong> 2+ years<\/strong> of SQL Server database administration<\/strong>, including high availability, performance tuning, and data migration (on-premises to Azure).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Scripting & Automation:<\/strong> Demonstrated experience automating processes with PowerShell, Azure CLI, SQL tools, Azure DevOps, ARM templates, or Terraform<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Servers:<\/strong> Hands-on experience with deploying and maintaining Windows and Linux servers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
