The posted pay rate for this role is $93,700.00<\/strong>, plus core benefits including 401 (k) with matching and 15 days of PTO annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities and Technical Focus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This engineer will play a senior, hands-on role in developing scalable applications, integrating extensively with Microsoft 365, and ensuring high-quality delivery through modern DevOps practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Full-Stack Development:<\/strong> Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using a variety of modern frameworks and languages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Microsoft Platform Integration:<\/strong> Utilize and develop applications integrated with Microsoft 365<\/strong> tools, including SPFx, Office UI Fabric\/FluentUI, and Power Platform<\/strong>. Leverage Microsoft Graph and PnP JS<\/strong> for seamless platform integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Core Languages:<\/strong> Develop and maintain codebases using multiple languages, including C#, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and PowerShell<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • CI\/CD & Version Control:<\/strong> Implement and manage CI\/CD pipelines<\/strong> using Azure DevOps and GitHub tools<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Quality & Mentorship:<\/strong> Optimize application performance, ensure system reliability through rigorous testing and debugging, and provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced developers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Documentation:<\/strong> Document technical specifications and processes to support ongoing development and maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Technical Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The ideal candidate has a strong background in software engineering with a particular focus on the Microsoft enterprise stack and DevOps tooling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience:<\/strong> Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in full-stack development<\/strong>, with strong coding skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficiency Stack:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Proficiency in C#, Python, React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, and PowerShell.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Microsoft Ecosystem:<\/strong>\n

        • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools and Azure services.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and PnP JS<\/strong> for platform integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
