An opportunity has emerged in our network for a DevOps Engineer<\/strong> to join the growing technology team at TPx<\/strong>. This is a full-time, fully remote<\/strong> position in the United States. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer focused on building and maintaining CI\/CD pipelines<\/strong>, automating deployments, and supporting infrastructure to streamline the software delivery process and improve system reliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000\u2013$120,000 + bonus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities and Automation Focus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This engineer will work closely with development, operations, and business teams to enhance overall operational efficiency, particularly through automation and configuration management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • CI\/CD Pipeline Ownership:<\/strong> Design, implement, and maintain CI\/CD pipelines<\/strong> for multiple applications and environments, including SaaS platforms<\/strong> such as ServiceNow and Salesforce<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Automation & Configuration:<\/strong> Utilize Ansible<\/strong> for configuration management, automation, and deployment processes. Automate system configurations, application deployments, and routine operational tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • System Reliability:<\/strong> Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure and application performance to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability<\/strong> of production systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Container Support:<\/strong> Support containerized applications, with exposure to Kubernetes<\/strong> considered a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Incident Response & Documentation:<\/strong> Participate in incident response to maintain uptime and reliability, and document DevOps processes, workflows, and system configurations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Technical Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The position requires a solid foundation in DevOps principles, scripting, and hands-on experience with key automation tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Experience:<\/strong> 3+ years<\/strong> of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering<\/strong>, or a related role. Bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • CI\/CD & Automation:<\/strong> Hands-on experience with CI\/CD tools<\/strong> (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI\/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Configuration Management:<\/strong> Proficiency with Ansible<\/strong> for configuration management and deployment automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Containerization:<\/strong> Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Scripting:<\/strong> Strong scripting skills<\/strong> in Python, Bash, or PowerShell<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Web\/Cloud:<\/strong> Experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, and TypeScript<\/strong>. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP<\/strong>) is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Process:<\/strong> Knowledge of version control systems (Git<\/strong>), branching strategies, and experience working in an Agile scrum environment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Other highly beneficial qualifications<\/strong> include experience with Infrastructure as Code<\/strong> tools (Terraform, CloudFormation<\/strong>), knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk<\/strong>), and familiarity with security best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
