An opportunity has emerged in our network for an IT Platform Architect Senior Principal<\/strong> at Pathward<\/strong>, a financial empowerment company dedicated to creating financial inclusion for all. This highly experienced, remote<\/strong> role (with office locations across the US) involves owning architectural responsibilities for defining and supporting modern Infrastructure platforms, methodologies, and standards<\/strong> in support of business growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a senior position with a salary range of $125,000\u2013$208,000<\/strong>, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Role and Core Focus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Senior Principal Architect is a driver of technical strategy, responsible for the architectural health and future state of critical business capability platforms within the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Architectural Ownership:<\/strong> Drives the architectural effectiveness of initiatives related to Customer & Marketing platforms and ERP systems<\/strong>. This includes maintaining current state architecture and envisioning future state architecture<\/strong> aligned with product objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Solution Design:<\/strong> Architects solutions that address specific business capabilities and non-functional requirements across key platforms like Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Marketo, Workday, and AWS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strategy & Roadmap:<\/strong> Develops technology roadmaps<\/strong> to transition smoothly from the current state. Defines and establishes technical strategies, standards, and guidelines in collaboration with other architects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Leadership & Collaboration:<\/strong> Provides technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Collaborates closely with senior business and technology leaders (Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering) to align business and technology strategy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Evaluation:<\/strong> Evaluates technology, market trends, and industry developments to identify prospective impact on the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Technical Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    This role requires a very high level of experience in solution implementation, complex enterprise architecture, and domain knowledge in financial services and specific enterprise platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Experience Level:<\/strong> Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience<\/strong>, including 10+ years of complex enterprise experience leading architecture<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Architecture Scale:<\/strong> 10+ years<\/strong> of experience architecting scalable, secure, highly available, and fault-tolerant technical solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Platform Expertise:<\/strong>6+ years<\/strong> of practical experience strategizing and implementing business solutions and platforms using:\n
        \n
      • Salesforce<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Adobe Experience Manager \/ Adobe Marketo<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Workday<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • AWS<\/strong> (or similar technology platforms).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Domain Knowledge:<\/strong> 5+ years<\/strong> of banking or financial services and products domain experience (comparable domain experience will be considered).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Leadership Success:<\/strong> Proven success in planning, influencing, and leading architecture initiatives across IT and business organizations and teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Frameworks\/Certifications:<\/strong> Certifications in Salesforce, Adobe, or Workday<\/strong> platforms are required.
